AOI Group, Bugatti”s brand Japanese partner, have unveiled it’s breathtaking new facility in Tokyo earlier this week under the motto of “The Blue of Tokyo”, becoming the first facility of Bugatti in the world to feature a vehicle showroom and a stand-alone lifestyle boutique under one roof.
“Japan is the most significant market for Bugatti in the Far East,” said Dr. Stefan Brungs, Member of the Board of Management of Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S. responsible for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Brand Lifestyle. “In the AOI group, we have a highly ambitious and experienced partner who has created a wonderful home for our brand and the best starting position for the next Bugatti super sports car to hit the road in Japan.”
Located in the stunning city district of Aoyama alongside other international luxury brands flagship stores, it fits right into place with both the showroom and boutique visible from the facade. Passing through a large aluminium archway with a Bugatti logo inspired by the distinctive horseshoe radiator that features on Bugatti super sports cars and the signature of Ettore Bugatti, also displayed in the Ettore Bugatti Collection, reminds visitors of the boutique inside. Expanding over three storeys, Bugatti hosts a luxurious basement for configuration of their vehicle, the showroom on the ground floor and the boutique located on the first floor.
With the reference of the characteristic Bugatti Blue throughout, each department flows from one to another seamlessly and screams elegance with features including white marble flooring and grey leather on the ground floor contrasted with dark parquetry flooring and brown lounge furnishings featuring in the Bugatti Brand Lifestyle floor setting the scene perfectly for each environment. Throughout aluminium, glass and carbon fibre are used for continuity and to reflect the relationship with the Bugatti sports car with the integral DNA of the Bugatti design incorporated.
“For the first time the unique technical positioning of a Bugatti super sports car as well as the luxurious lifestyle of the Bugatti brand are expressed authentically in one joint presentation,” Massimiliano Ferrari, who manages the Brand Lifestyle division at Bugatti adds. “Like Bugatti, Tokyo represents a great tradition at the same time as absolute modernity. We would like to thank our partner for the extremely successful implementation of our showroom boutique concept.”
In addition to the showroom, AOI Group will operate a dedicated service centre to provide the highest possible level of service for customers and vehicles in the region.
