The lobby’s soaring ceiling, reaching over 50 feet, and the abundant natural light streaming through expansive window panels created a sense of spaciousness that was truly remarkable. The attention to detail in the interior design, curated by Tony Chi and Associates, New York, was evident throughout, leaving me captivated by its elegance.
What truly impressed me was the hotel’s unwavering commitment to cleanliness and safety, which went above and beyond industry standards. With enhanced measures aligned with the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC), I felt secure and at ease during my stay; spotlessly dressed, chivalrous staff apparently sweep out of nowhere to assist to your every need.
The hotel is committed to creating a nurturing atmosphere in alignment with Hyatt’s global programme for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) concerns. It takes significant steps to minimise its environmental footprint, incorporating energy-efficient technologies such as Lutron wireless switches controlled by remote devices and double-layered windows. Water conservation is also a priority, with the implementation of bathroom fixtures designed to reduce water consumption.
Having played host to conferences, business events, society weddings and large social gatherings as soon as it opened in 2023, the hotel is always abuzz, and is as much a pivot for local residents as it is for travellers.

I was truly taken on a journey of taste and hospitality like no other. Each dining venue presented a unique and captivating ambience that left a lasting impression. Maison Maiya, with its fusion of Indian and Asian flavours, enchanted me with its theatrical menu and imaginative themes. Sharing the love for Italy’s culinary traditions, chef Mauro Ferrari delighted my palate at Cena Pranzo with heartfelt dishes that paid homage to his homeland. Bar Musui’s alluring setting drew me in with its extensive selection of global libations and captivating jazz and blues performances.
The heart of the hotel, Parlour, provided a serene space to indulge in a curated tea experience and artisanal bakes. I was especially impressed by the hotel’s commitment to sustainability through their ‘Beyond Brunch’ concept, where each dish was skilfully crafted to be an individual work of art, resulting in a remarkable reduction in wastage. This visionary approach sets a commendable example for the food and beverage industry’s sustainable future.

The second floor is an oasis of leisure, meticulously crafted to cater to the desires of discerning guests. Here, one can revel in the exquisite offerings that include a state-of-the-art fitness centre, where one can embrace an invigorating workout routine, and an outdoor infinity swimming pool that invites tranquil moments of respite amidst the embrace of nature.
