London’s Lancaster Gate may not seem the center of change, but INCENTRE, a modern mystery school practitioner, offers something unique. Instead of relying on modern medicine or technology, the center uses ancient teachings, some said to be 3,500 years old, to enhance general well-being, personal growth, and development.

The founders, husband and wife team, Cécile Tanmaya George (pictured above) and Kodo Zhang, are on a mission to provide balance for spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being based on mystery school traditions in the lineage of King Solomon.

INCENTRE is on a mission. Today, more people are looking for alternative ways to address personal challenges, and INCENTRE’s methods have attracted attention for their different approaches to healing.

Beyond symptom relief: Long-term healing gains popularity

Interest in alternative healing methods has been steadily growing in the UK. Experts project the wellness sector will increase by 7-8 per cent annually between 2023 and 2025. Many individuals are turning to alternative solutions after feeling dissatisfied with traditional healthcare.

INCENTRE, certified by the Modern Mystery School (which is headquartered in Toronto in the West and Tokyo in the East), seeks to bring ancient wisdom and teachings to its students. Rather than only addressing symptoms or short-term quick fixes, the key is to deal with the underlying source of the problem. This has become particularly relevant as more people seek ways to manage the mental and physical impact of the post-pandemic era. George believes the main challenge lies in overcoming the perception that traditional therapy or medication are the only available options. “People often don’t realize there are other paths to healing,” she says.

From corporate life to healing

With clear goal in mind, George and Zhang started INCENTRE. Rather than offering the usual wellness services, George focuses on bringing each individual back to their true self, one that is untainted by past experiences or trauma. Clients have reported feeling a sense of clarity and purpose after the session.

“Our work helps people find and reconnect with their true selves again,” George says. She shifted her own career from mainstream corporate consulting and engineering to a more meaningful path. This transition reflects the transformation she offers to clients at INCENTRE.

Integrating modern techniques with ancient wisdom, the company offers an alternative approach to general health. This combination provides a unique path for clients seeking holistic solutions for their well-being.

Holistic healing meets modern demand

INCENTRE matches ancient practices with today’s health needs. George and Zhang have grown INCENTRE from a small two-person practice to a leading name in alternative healing, with a team of healers who also operate in East London and Switzerland. This success shows the rising demand for holistic health solutions and the effectiveness of INCENTRE’s methods.

George’s background in corporate consulting, paired with her spiritual training, gave her a distinct perspective that shaped the company. What began as a personal journey for self-growth evolved into a business serving clients across Europe.

George attributes the company’s success to its foundation in ancient practices. “We’re not ‘new age’,” she explains, noting that their methods endure due to deep-rooted and ancient mystery school traditions. These Modern Mystery School teachings resonate with clients, as the company saw a 40 per cent increase in people traveling from Europe to receive the teachings in London. However, George acknowledges the challenges, particularly the need to make the teachings known more widely and address the fear of the unknown, yet emphasises long-term client outcomes as the true measure of success.

INCENTRE eyes expansion in the UK and France with a focus on education

INCENTRE is looking to expand its work in the UK, in France and further afield. Education will play an important role in helping people understand the benefits of the center’s approach. George wants to make sure that every interaction with the company is based on integrity, trust, and a genuine connection.

With George’s vision for long-term growth, INCENTRE is ready to meet the increasing demand for alternative health solutions. “This is not about running a business,” George reflects. “We truly want to make a real difference in people’s lives.”

As INCENTRE pursues its mission to help people reconnect with themselves, its vision remains relevant for the growing number of individuals seeking healing, peace, and purpose. INCENTRE is prepared and willing to meet that need, one life activation at a time.
