The exclusive ‘La Part Des Anges’ Cognac auction has now opened lots to UK bidders. The famous charity auction of exceptional Cognac celebrates their 10th anniversary with an online partnership that takes the auction to a global scale.
The 10th edition of the famous ‘La Part Des Anges’ auction will be a global affair, allowing bidders from outside of Cognac to compete for the exclusive lots for the first time. The auction, which will be facilitated by auction house Artcurial, will take place on Thursday 22nd September in Cognac, with the opportunity to bid live online through the Artcurial website (artcurial.com).
An annual charity auction of exquisite Cognac, with 24 exclusive Cognac blends and decanters which will be on offer from some of the most prestigious Cognac houses. With estimated prices ranging from 1,500 – 20,000 EUR, all proceeds will be donated to the Apprentices Auteuil Foundation, a local charity that helps disadvantaged young people. Since the first auction in 2006, La Part Des Anges has become the emblematic event of the Cognac industry, raising money for 15 charities. The main event takes place in a suitably beautiful setting, on the banks of the Charente, with support from three Michelin starred chef Guy Savoy.
