This December, Sopwell House’s Traditional Afternoon Tea will undergo a festive makeover. Seasonal delights include: Smoked chicken on cranberry bread; Plain & gingerbread raisin scones; Spiced cheesecake; and Chocolate Yule log. The Festive Afternoon Tea will be available from 1 until 30 December 2017 for £29.95. Guests seeking a Christmas tipple can opt for the Mulled Wine Afternoon Tea for £34.95 or Champagne Afternoon Tea for £39.95.
Royal Lancaster London
Jingle bells will be ringing at this newly-renovated hotel as guests unwrap a splendid Festive Afternoon Tea. Priced at £35 per person, the tea features Royal Lancaster Maple Smoked Salmon with Dill and Citrus Cream; a Warm Tartlet of Wild Mushroom & White Truffle; and classic Pigs in Blankets. Sweet treats include Christmas Pudding Scones; Gingerbread Macaron; and Marbled Chocolate Baileys Truffle Lollipops. For a royal touch, the Festive Afternoon Tea is served with a glass of Champagne for £45. The Festive Afternoon Tea will be available 22 November 2017 – 7 January 2018.
K West Hotel & Spa, London
For an unconventional Christmas treat, K West Hotel & Spa in Shepherd’s Bush is pulling out all the stops with the Winter Glam Rock Afternoon Tea priced at £28.50. For a dose of Christmas glamour, guests can indulge in Ham & Mustard Mini Clubs on Gingerbread; Charred Halloumi, Cured Tomato & Avocado Rainbow Sliders; Sugar Confetti Mini Éclairs; and Boozy Macarons. For guests getting in the festive ‘spirit’, there is the Rock ‘n’ Cocktails Afternoon Tea with the ‘Glitz and Glam’, ‘Elfin Call’, ‘Blizzard’ and ‘Yo Snow’ cocktails, which can also be enjoyed as a Midnight Afternoon Tea (£40.50).
The Club Hotel & Spa, Jersey
For a gastronomic Christmas treat, Michelin Star Bohemia restaurant at The Club Hotel & Spa in Jersey will be offering a Chestnut and Gold themed Festive Afternoon Tea from £19.95 per person. The seasonal fancies include an indulgent Chestnut Mont Blanc; Chocolate baubles with a Bohemian surprise; and a Mince Pie with a twist, all created by Pastry Chef Ellen de Jager.
The Arch London
This festive season, busy shoppers can escape the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street and indulge in The Arch London’s exclusive afternoon tea. The Christmas themed feast is available from 25 November until 7 January and features favourites such as Smoked Salmon; Roast Norfolk Turkey; and English Cheddar Finger Sandwiches alongside freshly made Scones; Battenburgs; and Macaroons with Eggnog Cream.
