Overfinch, a British company best known for creating bespoke vehicles based on Land Rover and Range Rover products, has announced its latest package of enhancements for the Range Rover Sport.

The company is promising a “distinctively aggressive exterior balanced with unrivalled luxury”, adding that it’s new Range Rover Sport “will refuse to be overlooked”.

“Increasing presence, whilst maintaining the style and purity of the original model is central to the Overfinch design ethos and is clear in the execution of the Sport offering,” the firm said in a statement.

“The exterior body styling, hand crafted from the highest-grade carbon fibre and seamlessly aligned in a herringbone weave, defines and enhances the base car’s muscular and dynamic proportions.

“Prominent front and rear air dams, an extended spoiler hand crafted from one continuous piece of carbon fibre, along with the side vents and grille, culminate in a formidable on road presence.”

They went on to say that the Range Rover Sport will pay homage to the company’s performance enhancing heritage, claiming that an “Overfinch exhaust system, with Bluetooth controlled valves at your fingertips, allows control of your very own soundtrack with the promise to provide an exhilarating journey, mile after mile”.

You’ll also find various carbon-fibre finishes inside, or alternatively, an optional piano black veneer. Different styles of leather seats are also offered. Unsurprisingly, Overfinch says it will continue to produce bespoke items to suit all of its customers’ needs.

“Knowing that the Overfinch customer will wish to personalise their vehicle, a wealth of options are available to ensure a highly distinguished interior cabin,” the firm explained.

“For Sport, two exclusive designs are offered, a contemporary interpretation of the diamond quilted design, and an ultra-modern hexagonal stitch, both perforated and trimmed by hand from the finest, soft touch leather. Accented with contrast stitching, and available in a near limitless array of colours and combinations, the interior is a true statement of the company’s dedication to craftsmanship.”

This package, however, does not include any performance upgrades, so the 5,0-litre supercharged V8 found in the SVR model will continue to produce 423 kW and 700 N.m of torque.
