A classic dining destination with the ultimate in Michelin starred decadence is Galvin at Windows, residing at the summit of Hilton Park Lane. In celebration of its 13th birthday the iconic restaurant has created an exclusive limited-edition menu. Exclusively available this month, Head Chef Joo Won is serving a specially created menu which encompasses some of the iconic restaurant’s most popular dishes. Showcasing a collection of its unmissable classics, paired alongside new favourites and a rotating cast of specials to keep diners on their toes – the prices with this menu have also been exclusively reduced to the same they were when the restaurant first opened 13 years ago, in 2006.

In celebration of its 13th birthday the iconic restaurant has created an exclusive limited-edition menu.

Dishes on the evening we visited included a white roscoff onion velouté, prawns & persillade, pissaladière, fresh cream cheese & rocket salad, boudin noir (or blanc), caramelised apple & pomme purée and an ossau-Iraty dish with pear, all finished off with a highly stacked and beautifully presented strawberry mille-feuille. All of these dishes of course are washed down with recommended wine pairings from Galvin at Window’s highly experienced sommelier with labels including a 2017 pure sauvignon blanc Spanish Fransola, smooth 2014 Marques de Murrieta Rioja, Otima 10 port and sweeter 2010 Chateau Pierre-Bise.

Conjuring 1930s glamour from its cosmopolitan bar to its Michelin starred dining room, since its opening back in 2006, Galvin at Windows has built a reputation for itself as one of London’s premier fine-dining restaurants.
