New Year’s Eve can be a tricky one to perfect. If you’re looking for the ultimate luxury experience this year in the heart of the capital, we’ve picked out a selection of some of London’s finest New Year’s Eve foodie and cocktail experiences to make sure 2020 starts on a high.

Guests will don their finest wear to start the evening in pure elegance with a bespoke cocktail creation followed by a five-course wine pairing dinner. Highlights include black truffle with mushroom, pecorino, Jerusalem artichoke and confit egg yolk paired with a Malvasia Bianca Ageno 2014 La Stoppa from Italy; as well as Blue Grey beef with rib eye, oxtail stuffed Roscoff onion, soubise and pommes maxim paired with a Barolo Cavallotto 2013 from Italy. For those searching for a lighter option, there will also be a vegetarian five-course wine pairing menu available.

Following dinner, guests will be invited to take a stroll to Embankment Pier at 11pm to enjoy London’s iconic New Year’s Eve fireworks, welcoming in the 2020 in true style.

Tickets are available at £290 per person or £550 for two guests, with the dress code as cocktail.

Highlights from the menu a delicious selection of canapés such as lobster bisque shot, saffron rouille; and rarebit, pickled onion croquette and chargrilled courgette, goat’s cheese, slow roast tomato. Move onto mains and sample dishes such as butternut tart, pear and truffle; roast scallop, pork belly, parsnip and Halibut, cucumber, curried mussels. Round off the experience with desserts such as pineapple carpaccio, whipped cheesecake, mango plus tea, coffee and petit fours. As you count down the final minutes before Big Ben strikes midnight, you can move outside on to the River Terrace whilst enjoying breath-taking views.

Bryn Williams New Year’s Eve menu is priced at £325 per person and includes champagne and canapé on arrival, a seven-course dinner, wine, beer and soft drinks, mulled wine during the fireworks, and a celebratory glass of champagne to toast in the New Year.
