My car of choice
I love cars and I was recently invited to the launch of the Ferrari SF90 Spider – that is a seriously sexy convertible supercar! Something many people don’t know about me is that I won a beauty competition to be F1 girl. I got to watch the F1 at the finish line in Monaco, the noise is loud but exciting!
My favourite holiday destination
I love to travel. One of my favourite places is Kamalaya Koh Samui, a wellness sanctuary and spa built around a monk’s cave. This place is so magical; sunrise yoga, the best massages and Thai food. No phones are allowed, which means you really switch off, the transformative healing has been life changing for me.
My gadget I can’t live without
Anything Apple, but mostly my iPhone as I am always on the go, emailing, managing my businesses, team and social media. I have a great eye for beauty, so I am often asked to edit friends’ photos! I also video call a lot as my family do not live in London.
My go to fashion brand
The French luxury fashion houses do it best – Chanel, Balmain, Hermes. I love fashion; the craftsmanship and the details. I have a major weakness for shoes and bags, but I don’t mind mixing designer pieces with high street to keep my style fun, fresh and classic.
My airline of choice
Qatar business class or the Qsuite is amazing if you are travelling with friends or family. I have been known to choose a stopover in Qatar instead of a direct flight just to fly with them – they have the best bar in the sky and the most comfortable beds.
My favourite watch brand
It would have to be Rolex, my most recent purchase was a Daytona, I really like men’s watches. After selling one of my watches to use the funds towards my business, it felt great to finally replace it!
My favourite restaurant
I am such a foodie, so it’s difficult to choose one but Nobu Malibu is special. Fresh sushi in the most perfect beachfront setting, watching the sunset and waves from the patio whilst sipping on a cocktail, is my idea of heaven!
My guilty pleasure
Taking a long hot bath. I light candles, play relaxing music, use face masks, Epsom salts and Aromatherapy Associates oils. If I have had a really tough day, then I will also drink a nice glass of red in the bath, you will have the best sleep after this!
My favourite way to give back
I do this every day in my clinic, from a listening ear, a hug, smile or a compliment. No matter if I am treating a member of the Middle Eastern royal family or someone who has saved up to come and have treatment with me. Kindness costs nothing and there is nothing more humbling to the soul than making people feel good.
