Kingsland Locke
Located in one of London’s most eclectic neighbourhoods, Kingsland Locke will house Locke’s signature studio apartments, as well as an on-site microbrewery and gin distillery, all-day restaurant, co-working space, workout studio and coffee shop. Originally slated for January, the new property will boast 124 self-contained apartments designed in collaboration with east London based design studio Red Deer.
Kingsland Locke will be home to KRAFT Dalston, an exciting new food and drink venture formed between German Kraft Brewery, Jim and Tonic Distillery and Le Bab. KRAFT Dalston will boast a gin distillery and microbrewery on site at Kingsland Locke, reducing the outlet’s CO2 footprint by 75 per cent by eliminating any unnecessary packaging and deliveries to the site.
After establishing locations in Soho and Covent Garden, Le Bab will expand east for the first time; returning to London’s kebab heartland, which first inspired its modern take on the traditional kebab. Shaman will also be located on the ground floor, serving third-wave coffee and grab-and-go items to guests and passers-by.

The Londoner
As some of the most prolific players in the London hospitality scene, Edwardian Hotels London has not slowed in their quest to launch The Londoner, at a time when the industry needs it most.

STAY Camden is a future facing concept shaking up the world of hospitality. STAY has opened its first location in Hawley Wharf, Camden, offering design-led and tech-savvy serviced apartments to encourage a new generation of long and mid-term guests to make the area their home.
The 169 apartments with one, two or three bed options – each with a fully fitted kitchen and living area – are designed by the dedicated in-house interior designer, Yaara Gooner, and place guests at the lively heart of everything Camden has to offer. With city space at a premium, the apartments are over double the size of a typical hotel room, starting from 55sqm/592sqft.
