Ingredients
25ml passionfruit vodka
25ml vanilla vodka
25ml Kombucha
15ml mandarin juice
15ml egg white
Method
Measure out the ingredients and pour into a cocktail shaker filled with ice – shake well. Strain into a chilled glass, serve and enjoy.
Deep Blue Sea Martini
From: COMO Parrot Cay, Turks and Caicos
Ingredients
2 ounces of vodka
3/4 ounce blue curaçao
1/2 ounce sour mix (sugar, water, lemon and lime)
1/2 ounce pineapple juice
Method
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the vodka, sweet and sour mix, blue curaçao and pineapple juice. Shake well
Signature Sundowner

Ingredients
2cl Aperol
3cl Choya
10cl prosecco
Dried orange slice
Method
Combine the Aperol and Choya in the glass, and top with the prosecco. Garnish with the dried orange slice and serve!
Lindos Blossom

Ingredients
1.25 oz 1800 Silver Tequila
1 oz lime juice
1 oz grapefruit juice
0.25 oz grenadine
Method
Combine the ingredients in a glass, and then garnish with a grapefruit slice or maraschino cherry. Best served with a salt ring on the edge of the glass.
Mangolada

Ingredients
20ml Bailey’s Irish Cream
20ml Rum Bacardi
20ml Malibu
60ml mango juice
20g sugar syrup
40ml coconut milk
Method
Add all of the ingredients into a blender – blend with ice, pour into a chilled glass and serve with fresh lime wedges.
