Aperitivo Sunsets

Whitley Neill Aperitivo Sunsets

Ingredients

6 x 25ml Whitley Neill Original London Dry Gin
200ml orange juice
100ml grapefruit juice
100ml cranberry juice
Soda water
Fresh orange wheels
Sprig of mint

Method

Pour the gin and juices to a jug or carafe and add large cubed ice. Top up with soda water to lengthen and stir well. To garnish, add two freshly chopped orange wheels and a large clapped sprig of mint.

Fizzy Berry Lemonade

Whitley Neill Fizzy Berry Lemonade

Ingredients

6 x 25ml Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin
100ml cranberry juice
400ml lemonade
Cucumber
Lemon wedges
Mint leaves

Method

Add the gin and juice to a jug or carafe and top with large cubed ice and lemonade. Stir well and garnish with two squeezed lemon wedges, slices of cucumber and clapped mint leaves.

Mango Colada

Ingredients

6 x 25ml Whitley Neill Mango and Lime Gin
50ml mango juice
100ml pineapple juice
100ml coconut water
Lemonade
Fresh mango, raspberries and kiwi

Method

Pour the gin, juices and coconut water into a jug or carafe and add large cubed ice. Top with lemonade, stir and garnish with fresh mango slices, raspberries and kiwi slices.

Queens Hi-Tea

Whitley Neill Queens Hi-Tea

Ingredients

6 x 25ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger Gin
50ml fresh lemon juice
100ml cloudy apple juice
300ml ginger ale
200ml prosecco
Fresh stick of rhubarb
Sliced green apple
Sprig of mint

Method

Add the gin, juices and ginger ale to a jug or carafe, fill with large cubed ice and stir well. Top up with prosecco and garnish with fresh slices of green apple, a stick of fresh rhubarb and a clapped sprig of mint.
