Phoebe Hunt

Phoebe is a freelance food and travel journalist for a number of British and international magazines, and has written for GQ, Conde Nast Traveller, Gentleman’s Journal, Culture Trip and Huffington Post. She lives in Fiesole, a medieval village in the Tuscan hills a few miles from Florence. Phoebe also runs a sustainable chocolate company called The Real Peel Co.
