The prize consists of a three-night stay for two people at the four-star Hotel Villa Cipressi located in Varenna, a picturesque village facing the lake of Como and a voucher for a complete outfit (leggings and bra) from any collection at varennafashion.co.uk.
The stay at Hotel Villa Cipressi must be used/taken by the end of October 2021, and your preferred date will depend on the actual availability of rooms. Flights, food, fees, taxes, transportation, hotel incidentals or any other charges are not included in prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner notification/selection:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted after 10/07/2021 2021 by a representative of Varenna, whose decisions are final. Winner shall be notified by 15/07/2021.
No substitutions are permitted except if prize is unavailable. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Prize is non-assignable or transferable. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Entry and acceptance of the prize constitute permission to use winner’s’ name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.
General conditions:
Varenna reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by sponsor in its sole discretion.
If terminated, sponsor may, in its sole discretion, determine the winners from among all non-suspect, eligible submissions received up to time of such action using the judging procedure outlined above. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the submission process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of the official rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated submissions.
