Leading luxury dealer group H.R. Owen has delivered its first customer BAC Mono since joining forces with Briggs Automotive Company. BAC became the eighth luxury brand in H.R. Owen’s high-profile armoury in 2016, joining Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Bugatti, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Ferrari and Maserati.

H.R. Owen, Official UK BAC dealer has received huge client interest in the one-of-a-kind Mono supercar over the past six months at the newly opened H.R. Owen Ecurie site in Cheltenham – the group’s first dedicated multi-franchised supercar showroom offering the finest selection from the most famous automotive brands.

Since the day Mono appeared in the showroom, the Ecurie team has undertaken numerous test drives and private viewings resulting in a number of sales from existing clients as well as many new conquests with cars in-build at the Liverpool factory.

This week saw the first client delivery of an H.R. Owen-supplied Mono, complete with bespoke options such as carbon-hybrid wheels and unique paintwork and livery.

The proud new owner is Freeman Technology founder Tim Freeman, who is a longstanding customer of H.R. Owen with a significant car collection.

Stephan Plant, General Manager of H.R. Owen Ecurie, said: “The BAC Mono is a fantastic addition to the H.R. Owen stable, and our clients have shown enormous interest in this unique supercar as the perfect addition to their car collections. To deliver our first Mono is a moment to celebrate and heralds the start of many deliveries we will make throughout 2017 as a result of strong sales since launch.”

Neill Briggs, Co-Founder and Director of Product Development of BAC, added: “Having H.R. Owen on board has been a great addition to the BAC dealer family, with Mono being the perfect vehicle for their clients who already own some of the finest cars available. We are delighted to have delivered the first customer car sold through the group and look forward to a long and successful partnership moving forwards.”
