One of Ibiza’s trendiest restaurants on the island’s untouched northern side, Aiyanna Ibiza, offers captivating sunsets, idyllic beaches and a closer look at true Ibizan life. Located in Calo Nova Bay, Aiyanna is a discreet restaurant with an unassuming modern rustic vibe with splashes of colour, beautifully highlighting northern Ibiza’s natural surroundings.

The ‘Amazonia’ cocktail is inspired by the African part of the world trip, including flavours of mango, coconut and amaretto. Another cocktail that can be found on Aiyanna’s menu is the ‘Hanami’ cocktail, which means ‘the pleasure of looking at a flower’ in Japanese, a nod to the Asian part of the trip. In addition, the menu features the winning horse of each year, the ‘Frida Kahlo’ cocktail, which represents freedom, rebellion and the artistic inspiration that is also representative of Aiyanna.
