Ingredients
50ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger Gin
50ml cloudy apple juice
20ml lemon juice
100ml ginger ale
Prosecco to top-up
A lemon wedge and sprig of mint to garnish
Glass: Spritz glass
Method
Add all of the ingredients into a spritz glass over cubed ice and stir gently to mix all the flavours. Top-up with prosecco to lengthen and use a lemon wedge and a clapped sprig of mint to garnish.
