In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, renowned cocktail connoisseur, Salvatore “The Maestro” Calabrese, has created the Pink Ribbon cocktail, named after The Pink Ribbon Foundation for which his bar is fundraising.
This luscious, fruity fizz, of Bacardi rum, peach liqueur, cranberry juice, white peach puree and Champagne, launched on 29th September at Salvatore’s Bar, Mayfair. Priced at £14, Salvatore’s Bar will donate £1 for each and every cocktail sold to charity throughout October.
Ingredients
20ml white rum
10ml peach schnapps
30ml cranberry juice
20ml white peach puree
Champagne
Method
Pour all the ingredients except the Champagne into a shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into a chilled champagne flute and top up with Champagne and stir. Garnish with a rose petal.
