One of the most exciting new restaurant openings of the year, The Cocochine, Mayfair, has two new delicious lunch offerings to pick from.

Menus showcase the finest ingredients with a boundless generosity of spirit and the simple joy of eating. At lunch, a house made pie with Rowler Farm salad can be paired with a glass of the sommelier’s selection. Alternatively, a three-course set menu is available with seasonal dishes such as Italian baby tomatoes, melon, Tosi gorgonzola, Japanese dressing and slow cooked Rowler Farm lamb shoulder, peas, dry kombu, pickle onion and lamb jus. Expect hyper-seasonal fruit, vegetables, flowers and livestock, including game and native beef and pigs, fish, shellfish and seaweeds. 

Available through Tuesday to Saturday from 12.00 – 14.30 the set lunch menu starts at £50, and the pie and salad menu at £45. Wine pairing is available for both.

Roketsu: Four-course set menu at £85, five-courses £110

Located in New Quebec Street in Marylebone Village, Roketsu is more than just a restaurant, it is a slice of Kyoto transported to London. The space is a completely authentic iteration of the true Kaiseki experience, one of the very few found outside Japan and one of the only in London. An escape for anyone wanting to immerse themselves in genuine Japanese hospitality. The ‘Gozen Lunch’ set menu is a carefully crafted selection that embodies the essence of tradition, each box a work of culinary art, highlighting the finest seasonal ingredients, aromas, and flavours. 

The lunch set menu is priced at £85 for four courses and £110 for five courses. Available weekly Thursday to Saturday from midday, with last entry at 1.30pm.

With three Michelin stars, Hélène Darroze at The Connaught is the place to go for fine dining of the highest degree. The lunch service now offers a shorter, six-course tasting menu showcasing iconic and exquisite dishes, such as Isle of Mull lobster, tandoori spices, carrot, citrus, coriander; it is the perfect place to experience a little luxury at lunch. 

The set lunch starts at £125 with supplementary courses available.

BiBi: Chef’s selection lunch menu at £75 or a la carte

BiBi is a restaurant that has embraced a history of inherent flavour and taste and built upon it with the creative and technical skill of its erudite chef. Experience dishes filled with nostalgic flavours that transport you through time and India’s megadiverse myriad states over lunchtime’s shorter menu of seven courses from the chef’s selection. Although constantly evolving with the seasons, expect dishes such as Orkney scallop and tomato salad, bharwan ladi pav and Pondicherry chocolate and long pepper.

Open for lunch from Tuesday to Saturday, guests have a choice of a la carte (only available at lunch service) or the chef’s selection lunch menu at £75pp, with alternative menus available for vegetarian and pescatarian.

Perfect for lunch, the restaurant features short tasting menus celebrating The Clove Club’s quintessentially British cuisine that are available from Thursday to Saturday at £155, with wine pairing at £125.
