Highlights include black truffle with mushroom, pecorino, Jerusalem artichoke and confit egg yolk paired with a Malvasia Bianca Ageno 2014 La Stoppa from Italy; as well as Blue Grey beef with rib eye, oxtail stuffed Roscoff onion, soubise and pommes maxim paired with a Barolo Cavallotto 2013 from Italy. For those searching for a lighter option, there will also be a vegetarian five-course wine pairing menu available.
Following dinner, guests will be invited to take a stroll to Embankment Pier at 11pm to enjoy London’s iconic New Year’s Eve fireworks, welcoming in the 2020 in true style.
