Excited by what Boringdon Hall has to offer, not only with The Gallery Restaurant but also with the impending launch of the Gaia Spa Spatisserie and future expansion plans for a second restaurant at Boringdon Hall, Scott has vision and anticipates working on several new projects at once, whilst offering visually stunning and technically well executed food.

He said: “As a chef I am lead by a project and the chance to take a restaurant to the next level. I want food to be colourful, vibrant and to stand out. When I put a plate of food in front of someone I want it to make them smile and to create memories. I want guests to see a dish and immediately think that food will taste good before they taste it. The first impact is visual but, food can’t just look pretty, it must be technically well executed, if it’s not it can’t go on the plate.”

Scott added: “My food isn’t theatre – my food looks good and tastes even better. I don’t want guests remembering smokey nitrogen I want them to remember the visual impact of the dish, savour the taste, and the lasting experience.”
