A boozy cocktail that’s got as much bite as it has bubbles! The perfect addition to your Christmas party.
- 25ml Honey Spiced Rum
- 15ml lime juice
- 15ml honey syrup
- 200ml Champagne or Prosecco
- ice
- lime slice to garnish
Stir Devon Rum Co. Honey Spiced Rum, lime juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour unstrained into a highball glass, top with Champagne or Prosecco and garnish with a fresh slice of lime.

A rum-fuelled take on one of the UK’s most popular cocktails – the Espresso Martini.
- 45ml Premium Spiced Rum
- 30ml espresso coffee
- 20ml coffee liqueur
- dash of cocoa bitters
- ice
- cocoa nibs to garnish
Add Devon Rum Co. Premium Spiced Rum, espresso coffee, coffee liqueur, cocoa bitter and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake well and double strain into a classic martini glass before garnishing with a light dusting of cocoa nibs.
White Rum Russian
A rich and creamy Christmas cocktail that’s sure to impress.
- 30ml Premium Spiced Rum
- 30ml coffee liqueur
- 30ml single or double cream
- ice
Fill a glass with ice, then add Devon Rum Co. Premium Spiced Rum and coffee liqueur. Finish off with a generous layer of cream.
Honey Rum Old Fashioned
A sophisticated serve that’s perfect for a Christmas evening in front of the fire.
- 50ml Honey Spiced Rum
- dash of orange bitters
- dash of cocoa bitters
- 15ml maple syrup
- ice
- orange peel to garnish
