Two delicious chocolate cocktail recipes to feed your indulgent side

This month has seen National Chocolate Day, and what better way to show our appreciation of this sweet treat by including in two of our favourite cocktails, the rich and velvety Celtic Dream and the classic Espresso Martini.

Celtic Dream

Ingredients

12.5ml Aber Falls Salted Toffee Liqueur
12.5ml Aber Falls Coffee & Dark
Chocolate Liqueur
50ml Baileys
12.5ml Amaretto
Choc Sauce inner lined Martini glass

Crumble on top the Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate Cigar by Rococo.

Method

Pre-prep: Drizzle chocolate sauce decoratively around the inside of a martini glass and then place in the freezer.

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice until cold. Then double strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled glass and garnish with chocolate shavings.

Espresso Martini

Ingredients

Double Espresso
25ml Aber Falls Coffee & Dark Chocolate Liqueur
12.5ml Vanilla Syrup
12.5ml Vodka
Garnish with Dark Chocolate Coffee Beans by Hotel Chocolat and a mint sprig

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice until cold. Then double strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled glass. Garnish with the added extras, sit back and enjoy.
