Talking of The Patio, this private restaurant, which is built right into the property, offers seasonal American and Italian cuisine for breakfast and lunch seven days a week, all prepared by executive chef, Fabio Vaccarella. The menu ranges from burgers to pizzas to salads to wraps – and that’s just what’s on offer for lunch! With its Mediterranean styling the eatery has a distinctly relaxed feel to it, encompassed in flowers, large potted plants and the drapes of a white wooden veranda, it gives the sense of whimsy while being designed for long, lingering lunches, in which multiple glasses of wine, and multiple plates of food are consumed over great conversation with good friends.
Now if you are looking to work off some of those calories from The Patio Restaurant, what better way than the Continuum’s very own four-story Sporting Club and Spa! It’s operated by the globally renowned sports and leisure experts, WTS International, in partnership with Elemis, one of the UK’s leading spa brands. They really are at the top of their game with this one; with world-class services such as personal training, beauty treatments and massage therapy, as well as classes in pilates, yoga and spinning and a 45-foot professional lap pool! The building also has a Tennis Court Pavillion made up of three outdoor courts which are open to homeowners Monday through Sunday! Tennis pro Jimmy Szmanski can be booked for lessons no matter ability or experience, and there is also a pro shop onsite, to make sure you are stocked up on everything from tennis shoes to balls.

Polished white marble floors are accentuated with oversized rugs; custom designed walls against high ceilings are finished with brilliant wooden paneling in different grains and shades of brown; floor to ceiling silver-framed installations are embedded with giant mirrors and oversized potted plants are placed along the spacious corridor.
