After a summer of action-packed sports, it’s hard to believe that the exciting year of events is nowhere near over after the thrilling action at the Euro 2020 football tournament, Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics and Wimbledon providing existing and new sports fans alike with plenty of action live via our television screens.
A great excuse to reignite a passion and view the action live on the court or football stadium, or with friends at a viewing party, this summer has certainly provided many of us with many an exhilarating moment to cheer on our favourite athletes and home countries in a social setting once again. And though it may seem like there couldn’t possibly be any more to get excited about, cricket, rugby, Formula One and golf fans would surely disagree.

The Ryder Cup
The next big event worth marking on your calendar has to be the Ryder Cup, which takes place at Whistling Straits in Wisconsin, USA. Taking place at Old Trafford in Manchester, fans will, no doubt, be watching with bated breath as the championship-deciding game of Rugby League’s Super League competition kicks off. Formula One
Kicking off in Bahrain in March, the Formula One season is well underway with a range of exciting races having already taken place across the world. There’s plenty more action to come with the season coming to an end in Abu Dhabi on the 12th of December and with a variety of matches seeing Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton on the podium, at this time, it looks as though this pair will make good bets for champion for this season.
