Royal warrant holder Launer London has launched a stunning gold version of its iconic Judi handbag.
The Judi, described by the luxury British manufacturer as a “daintier edition of the Traviata” (Launer’s biggest ever selling handbag), comes with a price tag of £1,170.
Handmade with fine traditional craftsmanship, all handbags in the Judi range have a soft suede interior, clasp lock, matching handle fittings and an extra-long shoulder strap. Each bag is handcrafted over a 4-week period.
The Judi, named after, Launer CEO, Gerald Bodmers’ much loved actress, Dame Judy Dench, is a firm favourite of an elite set.
Natalia Vodianova, the Russian model, philanthropist and film actress leads the charge, wearing bespoke Launer designs at recent high profile events. At evenings for her charity, The Naked Heart Foundation held in London and Russia, Natalia has carried both red and blue Judi handbags.
The Judi handbags are also treasured by Dame Helen Mirren and Kristin Scott Thomas, who wore Launer designs in the New York & London productions of The Audience.
