Burberry has announced the launch of it’s limited edition Festive Beauty Collection, and having seen the goods ourselves, we’re expecting extra-long queues.
The collection is characterised by beautiful shimmering gold packaging for the Christmas season – a departure from the brand’s usual gunmetal grey for the christmas season. The colours palette is also in-keeping with the festive feel, with rich, dark plums, gold glitters and shimmers, and a warm brown smokey eyeshadow palette.
In addition to an impressive array of cosmetic must-haves, the collection also includes a festive edition of the My Burberry Eau De Parfum – the brand’s iconic fragrance for women – featuring shimmering gold snowflakes and a gold gabardine knot on the neck of the bottle. The scent is presented in limited edition festive gold-coloured packaging, and is available in 90ml (£90) and 50ml (£65)
With top notes of sweet pea and bergamot fused with a heart of geranium, golden quince and freesia, base notes of rain-tipped damask and centifolia roses and patchouli round off the fragrance, and bottles can be personalised their My Burberry Eau de Parfum with up to three initials through a monogramming service available online.
