When it comes to the premature signs of ageing, the eyes can be the first to betray even the most youthful of complexions. With crow’s feet, wrinkles and dark circles to contend with – not to mention puffiness – finding a multi-tasking eye cream that lives up to its claims can prove quite the task, but luxury Hungarian skincare brand Omorovicza may well have come up with the solution.
Launching in September, the Blue Diamond Eye Cream is the newest addition to the Blue Diamond Collection, and promises to revitalise the eye contour for a fresher, more youthful appearance, whilst also helping to diminish dark circles and puffiness and reduce the depth and appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. And as if all of that wasn’t enough, it even helps to lift the upper eye lid, thus reducing the sagging that comes with age.
The cream is packed with special active ingredients which are released over time to prolong the healthy life of skin cells and repair DNA of senescent skin cells. Silicium – a substitute for organic silicium found in the epidermis which collapses with age, leading to thinner skin – helps to re-densify and lift the eye contour; Albizia (Mimosa) Bark Extract, reduces dark circles and lifts the upper eyelid; Vitamin C boosts the production of collagen and elastin for greater elasticity and brightens tone; and Hydro Mineral Transference, a patented mineral delivery system, leaves skin younger-looking, firmer and more supple.
The Blue Diamond Eye Cream is priced at £195 and will be available from Space NK from September.
