Developed in 1843, Annandale was one of the earliest and most renowned farms in New Zealand’s South Island. The centerpiece of this historic farm is the restored five-bedroom Annandale Homestead, sleeping up to 12 guests and with the option of additional accommodation in The Stables. The Homestead’s magnificent gardens and state-of-the-art recreation facilities include an infinity pool, spa pool, gymnasium and tennis court.
Situated in its own private bay lies Scrubby Bay. This luxurious sprawling cedar-clad beach house makes a magical and completely private setting for a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of family and friendship featuring its own private heated lap pool and jacuzzi. Sleeping up to 6 in three master waterfront suites plus a bunk room for 8, this can accommodate up to 14 guests, all on its own private beach. This place shouts fun, family, friends and luxury.
