If you are on the search for an exciting experience then you don’t need to look any further than the horizon, where you will find the longest waterslide onboard the Navigator of the Seas.

The 800-foot aqua-coaster, appropriately named The Blaster, is one of the remarkable innovations planned for the impressive $115 million makeover on the Royal Caribbean International ship.

Becoming the longest waterslide at sea, The Blaster will be a gripping ride as five water jet blasters propel a two-person raft through hills, dips, drops and the longest stretch of slide ever suspended over water, allowing you to experience a unique thrill.

Exciting as it sounds, this will not be the only thrilling addition on the cruise ship. Boasted as ‘the only headfirst mat-racer at sea’ by the cruise company, Riptide will whisk riders on an exhilarating journey, finishing with a homestretch through a translucent tube hanging over the ship, offering breathtaking sea views.

After several reputable titles, it is of no surprise to hear that the experience on this ship is unlike any other, making this a truly memorable experience for you and your family to enjoy.

“Every detail matters and we’ve mapped out an unmatched combination of innovative features and experiences for this top-to-bottom transformation of Navigator of the Seas”, concluded Bayley.

The multi-million dollar renovation will also include several other new features, such as the first standalone blow dry bar at sea, To Dry For, a Royal Caribbean escape room called ‘The Observatorium’, a Polynesian-themed watering hole, ‘The Bamboo Room’ and ‘Planet Z’ glow in the dark laser tag to entertain the younger guests.

The newly renovated Navigator of the Seas will also introduce a new culinary environment that will please any palate. There will be a variety of restaurants introduced throughout the extensive renovation to satisfy guests of all ages.

With Jamie Oliver’s Italian welcoming guests to Tuscan-inspired dishes, Hooked Seafood showcasing New England style seafood and several other internationally inspired restaurants, this will be a culinary adventure for all guests to fully indulge in whilst floating on the seas.

Not only will the additions of the aqua-coasters make this an incredibly exhilarating experience, the cruise ship also aims to be the first to visit the line’s new private island in The Bahamas, Perfect Day at CocoCay, in May.

Part of the Berry Islands in The Bahamas, the private island of CocoCay, otherwise known as Little Stirrup Cay, is located 55 miles north of Nassau and with an investment of $200 million, it will quickly become the ultimate family destination.

There is something for the entire family to enjoy within this magical getaway at CocoCay, where thrilling rides such as the ‘tallest waterslide in North America’, Daredevil’s Peak, will make your heart skip a beat, helium balloon rides that will take your breath away and indulge yourself in relaxation at ‘Chill Island’ or by whichever pool, lagoon or bay you choose; the perfect way to enjoy your day at CocoCay.

With accommodation resembling those in Bora Bora, the overwater cabanas, and a variety of restaurants and bars to enjoy, this idyllic destination will quickly turn into an incredibly popular choice as it can cater to all ages.
