Nestled high on a hilltop surrounded by nature’s beauty, the Panacea Koh Samui private villa estate offers something deeply unique in both design and intention. Its creation has set a new landmark standard in the ultra-luxury villa experience. The residences of all five villas enjoy breath taking panoramas of the surrounding natural beauty, maximised by high-vaulted open ceilings and sliding doors.
The luxurious villas were conceived and designed by leading architect David Clark with stylishly landscaped gardens by Bill Bensley. Reflecting the influences of local artists and craftsmen, the stylish, comfortable interiors are filled with handmade woven fabrics, traditionally carved wooden furniture and one-off commissioned pieces ensure that each individually decorated residence is in complete harmony with the location.
All five villas at Panacea Koh Samui, are resplendent in their luxury and scale, but it is Praana that is their most sumptuous and indeed one of the most extraordinary villas in the world. Praana, measures 50,600 sq ft, with 20 full time staff, and has an HD cinema room with 10 reclining seats, a 300 bottle wine cellar, 6 en-suite bedrooms, 2 infinity pools, (25m & 10m long respectively) a Muay Thai boxing ring, private tennis court, 75 sqm gym, steam room, sauna & massage room, its own nightclub, computer games room, billiard room, nursery & kids club.

Ranging from 13,450 sq ft and 15,800 sq ft with five and four en-suite double bedrooms, these stunning residences have 20m infinity pools, 10 full time staff, a Sonos sound system, (which is accessible indoors and out on the generous terraces), and a complete home entertainment system.
