With the winter now firmly upon us, we looked at some of the best European ski breaks on the slopes this season.
For those who… love gourmet ski
Chalet Du Vallon, Meribel
This beautiful property is featured in the Avery Crest portfolio, and sleeps eight in a beautifully relaxed luxury.
Set in a fantastic location, the chalet sits in the small hamlet of Meribel Village, the original resort of the valley, just 2 minutes walk from the Golf chairlift, offering true ski-in, ski-out ease.
Finished in an opulently contemporary French style, the chalet’s four en-suite bedrooms are above a spacious open-plan living area, whilst those needing a little more relaxation have the steam room, hot tub and home cinema to melt into.

In the exclusive enclave of Oberlech, with breath-taking views of the surrounding peaks, this ski-in and ski-out chalet is Lech’s most prestigious luxury property, and is perfect for those who enjoy a more peaceful ski experience.
The chalet can be accessed by vehicle throughout the season – atypical in the Oberlech area – but still discrete enough for celebrities and A-listers seeking a chalet away from prying eyes.
The chalet is located at the very edge of the piste with ski-in and ski-out access, and possesses a relaxation area and spa, outdoor hot tub, sauna, Hammam, fitness area, massage room, snooker room, bar, library, and a cinema.

Chalet Kernow, Verbier
